One of the quieter personalities on his tribe, Martin's work ethic and easy going nature led to him forming strong friendships on his tribe, particularly with religious opposite William. Unfortunately, Martin found himself unlucky when the tribe swap placed him at a 6-2 numbers disadvantage on the new Maraamu tribe along with former Rotu member Duana. Despite surviving the first post-swap tribal council, he was ultimately voted out one round before the merge due to a lack of strong allies on his new tribe.
